tempo changing

How can I make a tempo track for audio in Cubase elements 9?

Hi,

Add a Tempo Track. Then select the Audio event (in the Project window, or in Pool) and enable Musical Mode for the event. The event will follow the tempo.

If I make a change in the tempo track the audiopart don"t change.
