Tempo Detection Problem on Cubase 11.0.1 (44.1 is OK upper 48 Sample Rate It Occurs)

when using Tempo Detecition, on Sample Rate 48,
and move bar line by using time warp tool (for allign the beat or bar)
Problem occured.
