Tempo variations (on tempo track) make noise during the mixdown and in the final track… a noise corresponding to the tempo change point. Any suggestion?
It does not happen in every projects… just seldom.

You probably have some tempo-dependent factor like the delay amount in a delay effect. Delays in sync mode sometimes behave very badly when tempo changes are present. Find a delay that is OK with tempo changes, or take the delay out of sync mode and use absolute time. Other synced things do not have this problem. An LFO can change speed on a dime with no complaints whatever. But delays (and also reverbs) in particular often have problems.
