Tempo track is moving MIDI notes

I have a tempo track in a song that i am working on. When i change the tempo the MIDI bots move.

I’d ike to know what setting i can change o that the MIDI notes stay in in the grid when editing the tempo track.

It’s because the midi track in question is set to Linear Time Base
