Tempo Track -> Process Bars bug

I have tried this a few times - build 123

When there is a ruler track present the Process Bars → Insert Bars
does not work, however delete bars does work.
When I remove the ruler track - everything works as expected.

This is a known and already reported issue. It has been fixed in Cubase 13.0.20 already.

Do you have the latest Cubase 12.0.20 (Mac) or 12.0.21 (Windows) update installed, please?

I just installed it today after I saw the post - apparently i missed the update.
