Hi all. I’m finding that the tempo track takes up a lot of horizontal space.
I’d like these controls to be in line with the ones from my other tracks. Right now, I lose a lot of my work area if I have everything visible like I want, and there’s a lot of wasted space. If I want less wasted space, I don’t have the controls any more.
I’ve come from Cubase Pro 12, where this wasn’t an issue like this. I’d really love to be able to adjust tempo controls in Track Controls Settings to put them in line with everything else. Thank you!
I think if you click on the Tempo Track, you can adjust its size to be smaller. Grab the bottom of the Track and move it up. Like the other tracks, you can adjust the size that they take up to match the size you want them to be…
I think the OP is talking about the horizontal space; compared to other tracks the detailed information is offset to the right rather than tucking in under the title. If you want to see that information in the tempo track you’re forced to extend the width of all tracks to accommodate this.
That would be consistent with everything else too. I’d like to be able to adjust this in Track Controls Settings like I can adjust the controls on other tracks.
I’m not sure why Tempo tracks are different in the first place.
I intended this as feedback to Steinberg, rather than asking for a solution from the community (because it seems to be the only available behaviour in Cubase 15).
