Empy project. I try to change tempo track from 120 to 57 and nothing happens. I click 120 and I try to use mouse wheel, numbers change but little square don’t move. Tempo track is not to fixed…

When the tempo is set to TRACK rather than FIXED, you cannot change the tempo directly on the transport bar.
You can only change it in the tempo editor, hold CTRL- and click the word TRACK in the transport bar - you can edit the tempo there.
If you want a fixed tempo, then just set the tempo to FIXED, and you can drag the tempo with the mouse, or enter directly.
Tempo track is not to fixed…
Ok, new function “SHOW INFO” works like “current tempo” in Cubase 4.5…
In Cubase 7 Current tempo is unlinked from editing… In cubase 4.5 I click on a little square tempo and change its value. In Cubase 7 I must open show info and change value from it…
