Not to my knowledge. And even if there was - there had to be some sort of dialogue asking whether or not you want to disable that command. In light of that, wouldn´t it be easier to just duplicate the macro and delete the unwanted command? You could assign both to similar key commands, let´s say F1 and Alt + F1.
