I like the layout and spacing in 1. When I add a label (“Falseta”) it casts off to above the chord diagram (ex2). I want it between staves so I flip it, but then there is too much space between the notation and tab staves (ex3). Any ideas?
Kevin, what you call “label” is Staff Text, text attached to a staff. You have input it with Shift-X.
There is an Engraving Option->Text - so that it avoids collision.
I you prefer to have that option stay, you can of course give it an override in the Property Panel “Avoid collision”.
