Text frame white space changes when clicking out the frame

I need a single empty line between 2 paragraphs of text with the same size as the fonts, which I do as long as I am in the text frame. But when I click out the frame, the empty line size changes. How can I avoid this from happening?

Could it be the vertical alignment (Top, Centre, Bottom)?

I got it to work. I created a paragraph style with the Gap after Paragraph set to 0. Now the distance is the same as the text font.
