Is it possible to insert text frames that are linked to measures and not to the page?
Final offered this option, and it was useful when the layout isn’t yet finalized (such as when adding or removing some measures).
It’s not possible to add text frames like this, but you can add text blocks as system or staff text.

Thank you very much. What you say is true, but like this, if I have a long recited text, for example, it affects the vertical spacing and I wouldn’t want that.
In Engrave mode, you can turn off the “Avoid collisions” property for staff or system text, and then it won’t affect the vertical spacing.
