Text on trill line

i want to write custom text over (or anywhere really) on a trill line. is that possible in dorico?

Could you use a Line, rather than a trill?

no, i sadly do need a trill.

You couldn’t do this (with a bit of Engrave mode fine tuning)…?

A trill without line and a line with Hyphenated text.

Or a horizontal line with a tr glyph as a start cap (you can create a new Line annotation for that). For playback you can add an actual trill and hide that.

The line is positioned slightly higher than with an actual trill though.
