Text position issue

by creating Text frame for the WHOLE page the coursor stays in the middle and doesnt let to start the text from the Top of the Margin. So for desired Text position I have to create multiple Text frames. Any Ideas?

Select the frame, then in the properties panel: Vertical alignement>Top
