text problem

Waiting for chord input I’m fooling around with some text to substitute them.
After deleting the text’s in write mode there’s still some text left in engrave mode and I can’t delete them. What to do ?

Can you attach a screenshot or, better still, your project (having first zipped it up) so we can take a look and see what you mean?

sorry - too late..
What I did to make this happen was correcting some wrong text in write mode.
I deleted all text in write mode and the extra text in engrave mode went away too.
I’ll zip up the project for you if it happens again..
