Thank you Anthony Hughes, but

After the release of Dorico 6 I was very eager to learn about all the new features. And you are doing your best to show them all. But man! The speed of all these new possibilities: I just can’t follow and the effect is that I’m discouraged by the videos instead of what you want. I can imagine that you are very excited by all these improvements, but please, take in mind that we are not all experienced users. Take things step y step please, and not all at once. Speed doesn’t do the trick, as far as I’m concerned.
For the rest: compliments.

I think the videos are largely just “advertising” the new features, rather than detailed explanation of how to use them.

The first port of call should be the Version History notes, which go into much more detail, and itemize every little point.

There’s also John Barron’s in-depth, hour-long Discover Dorico video, which looks at how some of the main features work.

And, you can always pause and/or replay them. When he describes something (and shows how to do it), stop the video and try it in Dorico. And as @benwiigy said, their is John Barron’s video, the Version history and, of course, this forum.

Joost, the first thing I did, even before I could download the new version, was watch Anthony’s short videos. Each one focusses on only one new aspect, which is perfect! You can watch them at your own leisure.

P.S. Make sure you have deactivated Autoplay on YouTube.
