hi there is a problem that I have Cubase le from code in zoom mic and install it in my software after a time I reinstall my system win 10 but when I reactive the product again it till me it’s not in your products then I enter the old license and also tell me it’s used before what is the solution

First of all, make sure, you are using the very same credential you were be using for the 1st time.
If you are sure and it still doesn’t work, get in contact with your local Steinberg distributor/technical support. Provide them the Download Access Code. They are able to find out, where was the license registered to.
