So, I had a look at the demo project.
Will we have a dedicated video about it like we had one with WaveLab and Atmos demo?

What kind of video do you need?
Just a walk through and some tips and trick for post production.
I’m green when it comes to post production and sound design. It would be nice to have something attached to a Demo Project where I could follow and play around.
You got further than me - it just crashes Nuendo every time I try and load it (Mac mini M4 pro 64gb Tahoe 26.3.1 (a)
I’m on Windows (yes… I know….
) and currently away from my main PC.
Yet, to my surprise it works flawlessly on my laptop.
Did you check if there are any known issues with Mac?
Good point - hopefully an early update will sort it
Well, you can explore it by your own. There are the stems foley, dialog and fx. You can listen to them on your own. Check the naming schema. Have a look at the plugins. What do you do? Do you hear any difference? What is the routing? Are there any automations (of course, there are none automations)? Is it done in 5.1, Dolby Atmos or stereo? Are there some downmixes? What is the loudness level? Is some DOP used? What about fades?
That’s interesting because the project was zipped in macOS, so it stands to reason that they used Nuendo for macOS for the project as well. I say that because it has a bunch of those “.DS_Store” files that you see whenever you open in Windows something that was zipped on macOS, or open a drive that was open previously in macOS.
What I would like to know about this project is this:
Is it a companion for some tutorial or course, and if so, where is it? The Nuendo channel on YouTube has nothing on it.
Is it an example of a part of that project that is finalized, or is it base to be worked on? I think it might be the later because there’s some dialog that seems too low, but I’m not sure.
Must say this is a very bad demo project. In the past Steinberg gave us much better.
