This may not be a Cubase issue, but I thought I’d ask for advice here anyway
I’m using the Kontakt sound library “The Giant” and everytime I bounce the track the first note of the track always plays back too loud, about 10dB or so. The rest of the track plays back as intended, it’s only the first note for some reason.
All my automation (mod, expression, main volume, etc) is set and read before the note plays, but the first note still bounces louder than the automation I set.
Has anyone had this experience before with this library or any library, and know how to prevent it from happening?
My work around so far has been to render the Giant track to audio before I bounce the rest of the project, and lower the volume of the first note manually with track automation. Very tedious…
