The listening tool is mute

I have this problem, I hope someone help me.
The listening tool is mute, while it’s possible to listen the track normally with the play button.
Mac Os 14.6.1 - Mac Book Pro M3

Could it be that you have set to use your control room’s headphone section as a pre-listen bus?
If so you should be able to switch back in the Preferences → VST → Control Room.
