The next wrong note spelling

My Key Signature is B Major with C# F# D# A# G#.
The notes B to C are half step
and the notes E to F are also a half step.
The problem is on a 6 string guitar.
In the 6-string tuning of low to high, DADEAD.
On fret one, with E open on the third string.
The first fretted note should be F, not E#.

If I understand you correctly, I think you might be confused that in Note Entry while you press the F key, the TAB is showing the second fret. But that’s because you really entered a F#, because of the key.
If you make the note a natural F by selecting it and pressing the 0-key, the first fret is selected
