According to somewhere I have to put CTRL ALT UP or DOWN but it doesn’t work for me, please help

There are graphics card drivers that use ctrl+alt+ to turn your screen.
If you use ctrl+alt+left, for example, will your screen content turn 90°? You can disable that in the settings of your graphics card driver.
