I bought Cubase 11 Artist when I got the mail with “Save 30% in our Cyber Weeks sale on your update or upgrade to Cubase 11 and you will receive a free update to Cubase 12.”
I have written to Stenberg support but have not received a response. The offer of free update to Artist 12 is not available when I try to buy

Hi @gdlenne,

Please open the SDA (Steinberg Download Assistant). This will update all relevant components on your system. Then open SAM (Steinberg Activation Manager) and click on “Grace Period Check…” in the account menu. Then just follow the instructions to get your Grace Period update.
