Is there currently a way to adjust the contour of the slurs attached to notes across staves?
The placement of dynamic marking is also not ideal.

It looks as if you just did it.
If you were hoping for something automatic, not really.

No, Dorico cannot route slurs around notes on the opposite staff when the slur starts and ends on the same staff (and indeed it can only do it to a limited extent when the slur starts on one staff and ends on another).
