To increase the spacing between the text and dashes in the highlighted section, which value should I adjust?

Please be more specific in your requests: how did you create the text? Which kind of text is it? A Tempo marking, an horizontal line with text, something else? It would be faster if you could upload a minimal Dorico project with that text, so we can see what it is, and give the correct answer without guessing, or needing to ask for clarification.
