The split Tool when edit tracks, start again the next clip

Good day, when i try to split or cut a Track in order to use the section divided, I have to trim until the Track continues. I just Need to cut the Track and edit both as they are in the tineline

What do you split, audio events? Then what is missing - pls try again with the upcoming version.

I have same problem and it still occurs on ver. 1.1.50.
Here’s some screenshots.
It occurs on Track editor try to split audio region.

1. Split ‘Bass’ audio region at 2.1 position.
   

   

2. The region doesn’t split. It seems the beginning of region just moved to position where I split.
