The use of marker tracks, I think, is not “smart” enough. Nuendo, optionally, should understand where you are when creating a marker. Under certain conditions, of course. For example, when you’re in a Tracks Folder and there’s a marker track in that same Tracks Folder, the marker window should open on that marker track. There may be other conditions to choose from. Open proposal!
