There is a lag when inputting notes into Dorico

I am having a couple of issues:

  1. When inputting notes, there is a delay.
  2. There is an insane amount of reverb when inputting and playing back. I don’t know how to stop it.

The responsiveness of Dorico during note input and editing is determined by a number of factors: how large the project is, the speed of your computer, how many tabs/windows/layouts you have open at once, etc. If you can provide a bit more information about your computer and the kinds of projects you’re using, we should be able to give further advice.

For your reverb issue, try bypassing the reverb plug-in on the Reverb channel in the Mixer, or show its interface and change its preset.
