I noticed that I can’t hear the audio before the trill. Is there a solution?

Have a look at the active Expressions and played durations in the Key Editor. It may be that the trill sample is triggering at the beginning of the note.
Also, what if you change them to generated trills, rather than samples?
(Also – are you sure those notes are right…?! C natural in Violin 1 in bar 20? And surely diminished 7th chord in bar 2 of 21…)
