There is no Soft-eLicenser with this number.

Hi folks!

I’ve been trying to reactivate my Padshop Pro license on a new computer but when I enter the serial number of my new computer’s soft elicenser into the Steinberg website Reactivation screen, it says “There is no Soft-eLicenser with this number.”

Can anybody offer any advice on how to fix this problem?
Or does anyone have an e-mail address for Steinberg elicensing support?

Please send an email to the Support via the Support Request Form in your MySteinberg Account.
Please also state your Soft-eLicenser numbers or your activation code when contacting them.
