Hello. I want to adjust the thickness of the line. Can I make it thicker?

Yes, you can edit the line body (click Line Body Editor ->) or just select a different line body style (top menu in the Edit Lines dialog).

You may wish to adjust the thickness of both vertical line and hooks, which requires 2 steps. And also, you can adjust the hooks lenght if you wish:
