Thinking about buying this PC for music

Keep in mind that I have a an old XP machine that I am running Nuendo on. Anything is an upgrade. For $550 this seems like a decent machine right?

Personally I would avoid the Dell. These machines are built for office use, not serious workstation use.
The problem is that the components may not be suited for audio production…
