This eLicenser number has already been registered by another user, what do I do?

Hello I just bought Cubase 12 (Artist) and I’m trying to activate it. When it comes to registration elicenser and I put my number, it says that it has already been register by another user.

Welcome to the forum.

Cubase 12 doesn’t use the eLicenser system. Please enter the download access code into the Steinberg Download Assistant. Your Cubase download should then appear under My product downloads.

Is this a new purchase, or did you buy an used license? Are you upgrading from a previous version?

This is a new purchase! Νot a used license or an upgrade. I opened Steinberg Download Assistant, then I installed Cubase 12 and all the recommendations and after that I tried to open Cubase manager and I got stucked. I downloaded the purchation (not a USB) but I when I try to register elicenser and put my codes (I don’t know how I got there, I was trying to figure out what was the problem) says that they are already used.

I’m ok now! The Steinberg activation manager wasn’t loading. When it did, I solved my problem. Thank you!!!
