Nope not getting that. Have you got products registered as part of the older eLicenser system?
As the eLicenser is a separate mechanism, try running the “eLicenser Control Center” app and see if it opens, and if it does it’s possible it needs to run some maintenance tasks or an update perhaps?
If the eLicenser control center doesn’t open, and you’ve tried a restart then it may be worth downloading and re-installing the latest eLicenser software manually:
Thanks, I have tried dong all that since it first started to happen last week, there are still a few Steinberg licences that have not yet upgraded to the new system, including Padshop Pro, Halion 6 and entry level Dorico and Wavelab which I’ve never used so never bothered to upgrade them. This error has suddenly developed out of the blue on an otherwise really stable system.
