This variaudio bug from C13 and N13 is still in N14

This variaudio bug is still present in N14 version:
How to replicate (I added video):

  1. I work with variaudio on sepearated windows (on different monitors)
  2. Edit variaudio on 2 different audio tracks
  3. Select note or notes s on first of them
  4. Switch to second one
  5. Switch back to the first one - you will see those previous notes selected
  6. Try to change any other note - the selected are moving with note you want to change

This is very frustrating, if you switch between tracks often
it is easy to change notes even out of view.

My workaround is:
When I switch to second audio event, first I click “somewhere” to uncheck selected notes, then select and change note I want to change.

I noticed this bug in C13, then in N13 and now N14 still exist.

I cannot reproduce the described behaviour with 14.0.30.
When I switch from one event to another and back the selection is cleared.

What are your editing settings in the Sample Editor?

Thanks for answer:
I’ve checked it: doesn’t matter the setting you showed. In every of them I have the same issue.

This bug is even visible with lower zone window.

Each click or move of note adds it to selection - I am not holding any button - just clicking.

Bug still in 14.0.32

To reproduce choose: Show all clips
obraz
I work with multiple voices at same time

And this is a bug? Or is it a feature? If you allow to edit all clips then it makes sense that the selection is kept from any of the events on any track, isn’t it?

Of course a bug! You don’t have any ability to know what is selected (especially if this is out of visible view) and if you move desired note, other - selected out of screen moves too.
I destroyed many of my edits by this issue.
Please reproduce this and you will understand how bad it works.
An believe me or not - this bug was added to C13.
