Throttling with Embertone Section strings

Win 7, i7 2600K, no other programs running, and for some reason a string orchestra project in Dorico throttles with Embertone section strings. I even set my buffer on the highest value possible to no avail.
Any suggestions?

Can you please describe what you mean by “throttles”? Are you saying that you are experiencing high CPU usage, or something else? Can you do Help > Create Diagnostic Report and attach the resulting zip file?
