I find the Quick Control a nuisance. Most VST plugins (which also have a standalone version) nowadays have a MIDI learn facility for every parameter. And a program like Cantabile lets you learn a MIDI controller by clicking with the right hand mouse button on it. Why not make this a function in Cubase? Click on the parameter you want to control, select Learn, move a slider on any connected MIDI controller and you’re ready.
