Sorry guys, this Walton Cello Concerto is driving me crazy. I need to reproduce this rithm and I have no idea how.

EDIT : There is an eight-note rest before the chromatic scale (covered by the red line).

Just enter more notes (they can all be the one pitch), make them staccato, then hide noteheads, stems (and ledger lines) in engrave. (Oh and suppress playback?)

Playback is not so important. It’s only for note edition.

For some unknown reason, “Hide Notehead” is not working.
Is this a bug?

I had written notes with two extra lines (bass clef - E4). When I apply “Hide Notehead”, the note heads disappear but the two extra lines remain.
It’s not a problem, I can write notes inside the staff, I have to hide them anyway.

Ah — you mean the ledger lines. Understood. They can also be hidden in the Properties Panel in Engrave Mode, so no need to change the Eb4s.
