Hello. I submitted Ticket number / ref # 02516348ref:_00D30F1z._5004S2Tk7j:ref on March 26th. I received the usual acknowledgement stating I would receive a response within 24-48 hours, but have heard nothing since. Meanwhile I am dead in the water and all projects are on hold. How can I obtain a response? Thank you.

Thank you. Today I received a communication from Steinberg and I think it is now being handled. The issue is my license will no longer work to activate Cubase after reinstalling. Hopefully I will be back in business very soon. Cheers.
