Here’s a puzzle for the group. I want to indicate a “continuation” of a held note like this. Using an l.v. tie doesn’t work because it attaches to the last note only.
Does Dorico do this, or does anyone have a creative workaround? It’s probably a bit far away to move an l.v. tie all the way to the left…
Insert a grace note in bar 2 and tick the before barline property. Tie, then hide the note head (and stem unless you use a whole note.)

Great solution, Jesper. It initially didn’t work for me because I was using a slash region, but when I changed to normal notes with altered noteheads, it worked fine.
