Ties on special cases

Hello guys, someone knows how I can avoid situation like this?

You want to read this

You seem to intend that the tied note should link to the first note in both endings. (Sidenote: I suspect your first ending actually starts 1 measure earlier).
Unfortunately, Dorico can’t do that yet. It’s been requested many times, and surely is a weakness that everybody wants to see fixed. It’s absolutely in the plans to make it possible, but we can’t tell when.
Until then, we’ll have to fake it somewhat. The usual workaround is applying a laissez vibrer (l.v.) tie to the note in the 2nd ending, and manually make it point backwards.

Or use the clever workaround described by @Christian_R that I pointed to in my previous post, using a hidden and muted grace note.
