Time compress MIDI in Logical Editor?

Hi,

Here’s a GIF of the action in Ableton.

I’m setting two anchor points on the first and last note of the selection.
By moving one anchor, all the selected notes are moved proportionally between the anchors.

Is there a way to imitate this feature in Cubase 8.5 with the logical editor.

I’m sorry, the video doesn’t work me, but I hope, I got your question.

Use the Sizing Applies Time Stretch tool, which you can find, once you “long-click” to the Object Selection tool. Then the Time Stretch is applied to the selected event (selected MIDI Notes in the Key Editor; or - probably your case - selected MIDI event in the Project window).
