I’m so tired of time machine, it’s confusing and i can never find anyting on it. I’m considering cronosync because I want something Incremental.
I have Cubase 14 on a mac and an extern disk for backup.
Any thoughts?
This may be better suited for The Lounge since it doesn’t actually have anything to do with Cubase specifically.
I’ve been using Time Machine for years on multiple systems without any issues at all. I have no way of knowing what you find confusing or why you can’t find what you’re looking for, but I think that it’s important to take the time to learn how to operation your backup solution regardless of what it is. It’s a rather critical operation in my opinion.
There’s nothing about Time Machine in itself that creates unique challenges for Cubase from my perspective.
