How to switch off the announcement for time signature changes at the end of the line?

Welcome to the forum @k.manjaro ! You can’t hide cautionary time or key signatures shown at the end of a system. Depending on what you’re trying to achieve, there might be different solutions - are you working on a set of exercises by any chance, where each system represents a separate exercise, scale, or similar? If so, you could use separate flows instead and set different barlines at their ends if needed (assuming you have Dorico Pro).

Daniel did an illustrative blog on something almost like this here, Although he does not mention time signatures, using separate flows as he does would (as Lillie says) take care of your concern.
