Good morning. Does anyone know why the time signature is not showing on this part?

Hard to say without seeing the file, or part of it, that shows the issue.

If you like us to guess:
You imported this file via music.xml?
If you select the existing time signature and delete it, then select the first note or rest and re-apply the 3/4 time signature, does it look fine then?
If you have not uploaded your project yet, the least you should do to get better guesswork results is: please show us the screenshot with Signposts visible.
