It would be interesting to see some examples of where time signatures in parentheses were required.

I saw some examples in posts about this topic, but I donât know of any new examples of music already written.
My use case is the following: I have a long 4/4 section inside which there are some passages in 2/2. The tempo remains the same but the underlying metric logic changes. Yes, I know this can be written out simply as a time signature change with âquarter note = quarter noteâ, but a time signature in brackets would better express, in my opinion, whatâs happening musically:
Nothing changes except the underlying metrical logic.
Any news in this regard?
