Where can I find info on this; I need to know about time stamping
- how to set it up, to export correctly
- where to find info on files (both imported from others and the ones I export).
-Also, if someone has valuable experiences on this, posts are appreciated.
I work in Cubase 7.5 on PC.
The Sound designer works in ProTools.
By using “Broadcast Wave”, you can timestamp your .wav files
Maker sure under Project/Project Setup, the display format is Timecode (That’s if you want to timestamp Timecode)
In the same window, make sure Record File Type is Broadcast Wave File
When you Export, under File Format, make sure you check “Insert Broadcast Wave Chuck”
Your exported .wav should be timestamped
