I need a bit of help here… I have 2 completely mixed and mastered songs on wave format. what would be the best mode on time stretch’s trick to raise the tempos without any strange noises of vocals?
I would be very thankful if someone could really help me with it.

I think you might be able to import the file into Cubase, open the pool, set the imported file to musical mode and enter the tempo as well. Then if you put it on a stereo track in Cubase with the track set to musical mode, I think you can change the tempo on the transport panel and make the imported file play at the new tempo.
