Time warp tool on Cubase version

HI all !!, I have Cubase Artist 10.5.30 as shown in my DAW.

In what 10.5 Artist version do I get the (Time warp tool where the Icon looks like a clock with the two arrows ?). The one used to move the grid to the song and not the song to the grid.

Or to what next version should I upgrade to get the time warp tool ?

I like to make sure, I don’t find it anywhere.

I very much appreciate any help thanx !!.

And you can only upgrade to Cubase 15, not to a version below that.

As Cubase 10 is fully unsupported and uses the now defunct eLicenser System (as long as your dongle works, its fine, but should it break, there is no way to recover it), this might not be a bad idea in the long run. The downside is that Cubase changed its User interface a lot and one has to get used to a lot of new stuff.

I would at least make sure that your eLicenser is registered in your Steinberg account, that way I think it is still possible to get an upgrade price on a newer version.
