Timestretch Tool in toolbox not availabe

hi guys!

the option to select the Timestretch Tool is not available in the toolbox in the arrangement window.

here is whta i do:

Right Click to show toolbox (i use the small version)
On the arrow tool, i click for more options to select timestretch tool
Nothing happens

Now i have to go all the way up, and select it there (in the menu bar, normally i hide this)

Did this behaviour changed in Cubase 14?

It works for me in Cubase 14.0.10.

SOLVED:

apperantly you have to hold it a full second for the menu to show up

in 13 and before its much faster
