TimeWarp Tape does not work C11 Win10

Hi,
I´m using Cubase 11.0.10 build 321 on a Windows 10 PC.
I expect a different behaviour when i use a tape based algorithm in the arrangement window.

1. load an audio event in the arrangement window.
   2 select time stretch in the tools bar.
2. switch time stretch algorithm to elastique pro tape.
   4.stretch the audio event directly in the arrangement window with the the time stretch tool .
3. Result is a Time stretch with a pitch or time based algorihm.

Obviously i expect a tape based algorithm as a result.
elastique tape works as expected as a direct offline time strech effect.
